With over 18 years of experience in elementary and secondary education and more than six years in leadership roles, Ronequia has developed curriculum for programs such as Advising Generation Z and school districts. She specializes in diversion, special education, restorative practices, and social-emotional learning.
As the founder of Teacher MAID, Ronequia leads initiatives that “clean the clutter” in education, supporting schools through coaching, modeling, professional development, and dynamic systems that maximize academic impact and foster inclusive, thriving learning environments.
